Japanese-speaking PA / Office Administratorref: MS40647

TYPE: Temporary, full-time

WORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday, 35hours a week

SALARY: £20K per annum level



- Typing and composing various forms of correspondence
- Updating business associates database on a regular basis
- Occasional organisation of travel itineraries: booking flights, hotels, transportation
- Ordering office stationery and supplies
- Opening and distributing post accordingly
- General office management (photocopying and filing of documents, taking calls and transferring to the right person, taking messages, receiving mails / parcels, welcoming guests etc.)
- Occasional assistance in the translation of documents
- Support office accounting (bookkeeping level)
- Ad-hoc duties as directed

- Native level of English and business level of Japanese
- 1-2 years of commercial office experience in a secretarial role
- A good understanding of Japanese business culture
- Proficient PC skills
- New graduates can be considered
- Ability to fit in a small team and quiet environment
