A well-known Japanese systems integration company is seeking an Assistant Internal Auditor with similar work experience within a Japanese corporate environment.

TYPE: Full-time, permanent
LOCATION: Munich, Germany
SALARY: €30.000 - €45.000 depending on experience (€2.500-3.750 per month)
START: Autumn 2018

Job details:
• To assist Internal Auditors in auditing both corporate and business divisions which includes its subsidiaries, branches, offices in EMEA region
• To carry out administrative duties for the Internal Audit department
• Providing administrative support to the General Manager (Head of Internal Audit) and at request of the members of staff within Corporate Administration

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting the General Manager from various aspects in preparing audit reports
• Monitoring progress of audit works from beginning to end and control of deadlines of follow-up reports
• Filing and retention of audit reports and other important documents
• Adhere to Company policies, processes and procedures
• Any other tasks as may be requested by the General Manager in order to meet the operational needs of the business
• Setting up meetings, co-ordinating schedules of relevant personnel, arranging venues, preparing meeting documents
• General administrative and secretarial tasks, including documentation, photocopying, filing, arranging business trips and arranging logistics for business guests
• Translation of Japanese/English internal and external documents into English/Japanese

Skills / Knowledge:
• 3-5+ years professional experiences within Internal Audit / Finance / Accounting department or has an experience working at consulting firm
• Numerical skills, accounting knowledge and audit in practice
• Fluency with professional Japanese and English in speaking, reading and writing
• Good skills in MS Office (Word, Excel etc.), Email & Internet
• A high level of personal and professional ethics
• Flexible attitude, ability to go on business trips within the EU
