Global Head Brand Manager
An independent alcohol trading business is now seeking a Global Head Brand Manager to join their expanding team in NW London. You will be responsible for overall global development and implementation of the brand strategy of their 4 brands.

The Role

Responsible for the development of all 4 brands  
Develop a strategic brand plan in the key markets across operations, NPD, PR and Comms while working closely with the head of sales and brand director. 
Develop sales tools to support the launch and growth of all brands in key markets 
Develop travel retail to support future growth in this channel with specific assets and in-store experiences eg 3 Pack sales formats or 3 for 2 promotions as deemed necessary in each brands life cycle growth 
Maximising the opportunity across the full range of our brands as new products and expressions are developed and introduced.
Supporting sales of the brand by attending key UK and overseas trade fairs, organising local sales events and working with the digital manager to develop social media programs 
You will report to the brand director but also enjoy working with the sales manager.

The Ideal candidate

You should have minimum 5-7 year experience preferably within spirits / wine industry or a brand-driven business such as packaged food or beauty-perfumes.
In your career path to date you must able to show demonstrate past results and achievements
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the various stages of brand development
Have worked closely with senior management
Selected, chosen suppliers and signed off procurement
Actively managed and have been a key decision maker in the brand relationship
Experience pricing and sales decision making responsibilities
Have had hands on experience building a brand up in emerging or legacy markets
Have had product brand sales development experience in an international context
Experience in a global business especially within the USA, China, Asia and Europe.
Must be consumer focused with the ability to turn insight into actionable projects and able to identify consumer trends
Microsoft office and Power Point high level competence is essential
Must have strong academics and be highly numerate
Must be a Flexible, adaptable and highly organised, motivated and determined individual willing to jump on a plane if needed
Must be prepared for international business travel
