Mandarin-speaking Sales Manager — Education

A leading international education and visa consultancy seeks a Mandarin-speaking Sales Manager to join their dynamic and energetic office in the City.

The successful applicant must have experience in the education sector with more than 2 years sales management experience.

SALARY: £35–40K, (£50-60 OTE) + bonus
LOCATION: City of London
TYPE: Permanent, Full time
START: ASAP
HOUR: 9am – 5.30pm


CORE DUTIES
• Set-up specific sales targets and strategies
• Organising the sales team to implement sales strategies and KPIs
• Inspect, supervise and complete sales plans and ensure the maintenance / increase of the region's market share and complete sales targets
• Co-operate with the marketing team to organise and execute marketing events, promoting the company in the UK market
• Provide regular predictions and evaluate target clients, have a strong commercial focus with a good understanding of competitors, trend and marketing analysis
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer experience

IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)
• At least three years sales / sales management experience
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Hard working and self-motivated
• Effective relationship builder, good team player, able to lead and develop a team
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Project management skills
• Good analytical and commercial awareness
• Previous experience within the education industry would be highly beneficial
