WORKING HOURS: 9:00-18:00, Monday to Friday, (weekly working hours: 40 hours)
SALARY: €40-50K, depending on experience + transportation expenses
START: ASAP
LOCATION: in Dusseldorf, Germany (Hybrid working two days a week after training)
OTHER: Car commuting permitted
RESPONSIBILITY:
• Preparing correspondence such as contact with customers and suppliers,
• Negotiations (mainly by phone and email)
• Handling purchase and sales orders
• Preparing invoices
• Handling import & export documents
• Responding to order and shipment-related inquiries
• Customer and product registration procedures
• Assisting with Inventory Management
• Communication with forwarders for quotes
• Interpretating
• Management of accounting documents
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• A passion for Japanese or Asian Food
• Business level of fluency in Japanese and German (at least B2 level)
• Flexibility to travel on business trips (few times per year within Europe)
• PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good analytical skills
• Attention to Detail
• Good time management
• An ability to develop strong working relationships both internally and externally
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply
