TYPE: Permanent, full-time
WORKING HOURS: Mon – Fri 7.30am – 4pm (30 min lunch break, 40 hours/week) *TBD about the starting time
SALARY: Up to 45K + commuting allowance
START: ASAP
LOCATION: Remscheid (Hybrid work is available up to 50% depending on the situation)
OTHER: Commuting by car is permitted
CORE DUTIES:
- Accounting general ledger and sub ledger
- Arrange and reconcile the bank payments
- Assistance with monthly VAT declarations
- Prepare internal reporting (e.g., sales reports, AR balances, etc.)
- Other accounting related tasks like fixed assets, travel expense, etc.
- Communication with other departments
- Reporting to the accounting manager
- Data input using ERP System (Microsoft Business Central)
- Support to General affairs and other administrative tasks
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- More than 1 year experience in Accounting or Finance role in Germany
- Business level English
- Good written and verbal communication skills in German (at least B1 level)
- Japanese languages or some understanding of Japanese business culture would be advantageous
- Good understanding and co-operation skills in a small office environment
