WORKING HOURS: from Monday to Friday, 38.50 hours (Flex-Time system)
SALARY: €40K depending on experience, plus good benefits

LOCATION: Dusseldorf
RESPONSIBILITY:
•Developing and implementing IT projects in line with organizational objectives
•Providing 1st Level IT-Support (Windows, Office, Mobile) to other employees
•Ensuring the maintenance of current projects and technology systems
•Building and maintaining relationships with external advisors and vendors
•Ensuring reported issues are resolved in a timely manner
•Identify improvements and develop procedures at regional level
•Present IT solutions in a way that it is easy to understand for people who do not have IT background
•Collaborate with team members for the delivery of agreed targets, taking responsibility for their timely delivery
IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
•Minimum 3 years of experience in IT
•Experience providing excellent customer service
•Proficiency with Windows 10, MS Office 365 and Windows Server
•Proficiency with firewall, managed switches and network routing
•Excellent communication skills in German and English
•“Can do attitude” and growth mind-set under difficult situations
•Ability to work to strict deadlines
•Excellent communication with employees at all levels
•Team player attitude
•Commitment to self-development in terms of business application, infrastructure, and IT security
•Some understanding of Japanese culture and Japanese language would be advantageous
