A global leader in web-based automotive information is looking for a German-speaking Customer Service advisor to join their office in Frankfurt. The ideal Customer Service advisor will be charismatic with good communication skills in both German and English. This role would suit a Customer Service advisor with a strong interest in the automotive industry.
The Company is made up of an international team, making it a great opportunity to use language skills for the Customer Service advisor.

TYPE: permanent, full-time, entry-level Customer Service role
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday
SALARY: depending on experience, plus good benefits
START: ASAP (negotiable)
LOCATION: Frankfurt, Germany

Customer Service advisor Main Duties:
• Directly communicate with our clients to answer their inquiries
• Help with login issues and give online presentations to optimize their user-experience
• Visiting exhibitions and networking with the market players
• General administration support in the office as well as assisting with monthly accounting affairs

The Customer Service advisor Ideal Candidate :
• University degree or equivalent education
• Business level of fluency in both German and English is essential
• Japanese or other European languages would be advantageous
• Good relationship building and communication skills
• Self-motivated, well-organized
• Highly computer literate with good internet research skills
