In this role, you will work across multiple branches in Japan, supporting inbound projects, building relationships with overseas partners, and driving new business opportunities in the growing inbound travel market.
Business level of English and Japanese will be required.

Inbound Promotion Main Responsibilities:
• Support and advise inbound-related projects across branches nationwide
• Communicate with overseas clients and partners (mainly in English)
• Attend international trade fairs and develop new overseas agents
• Drive business development initiatives and propose strategies to expand inbound business
• Develop internal guidelines and improve operational processes
• Conduct market research and provide strategic insights
Inbound Promotion Ideal Candidate:
<Essential>
• Business-level Japanese(Higher than JLPT N2)
• Business-level English
• Interest in working in a multicultural environment
• Ability to coordinate and manage stakeholders effectively
<Desirable>
• Experience in inbound tourism or travel industry
• B2B sales experience (travel agencies, corporate clients, etc.)
• Experience attending international exhibitions or business meetings
• Experience building relationships with overseas agents
