We strive to ensure that all our consultants share information internally to provide a seamless service for our customers. We will search and introduce the best talent to you based on your particular requirements not only from your local area but also from global markets including the UK, Europe, Japan, America and Asia.
3) Supporting all industries from junior to senior management level staffing

We will first consult with you directly on what you require and the skills needed before conducting a thorough search into our database and advertise extensively via external job boards to source the best talent to fulfil your vacancy.
We ensure that all candidates represented by us have the appropriate right-to-work documentation before submitting their application to you - either European passport holder, UK resident status or equivalent, Tier-5 YMS working holiday visa or other long-term visa type. In addition to this we will find those with the appropriate qualifications required for the opportunity, whether a BA, MA, MBA or industry-specific certification. We are able to supply multilingual job seekers living in the UK and Europe, strongly focusing on Japanese speakers with bilingual/multilingual ability.

Our service is completely free until a candidate provided by us starts working with you – therefore the pre-hire recruitment process (sourcing, screening, advertising, introduction, interview arrangement and other consultation related tasks) are at no extra cost. Our service fee model is based on the industry standard for the UK and Europe and we also have a refund policy.
