Process Flow

Register

You can register online directly from the Centre People website. Alternatively, please contact us by phone or email.
After completing registration, one of our consultants will contact you once a suitable role becomes available.
After registration, you can find all active job vacancies on the My Jobs page on our website. From here you can apply for any opportunity directly.

Internal interview

One of our consultants will arrange a one-to-one meeting to discuss your application and career goals as well as offer greater insight into the position for which you have applied.
After the consultation we will introduce the job that best suits your skills and needs.
We also provide support regarding CV writing and interview technique if required.

CV submission, short-list and interview arrangement

We will put forward your application, paying attention to key points in the CV and strengths in character/personal attributes which might help your application.
In the case of multiple applications, we will offer you bespoke advice related to each employer and tailor things accordingly.

Job Offer

Once a provisional offer has been made, we will do our best to negotiate conditions to best suit your requirements.

Follow-up

Our service does not stop at an offer. Even after joining a company, we will keep in touch and stay open to you should you ever have questions or concerns.
