This position provides an opportunity to leverage knowledge of UK/EU employment law and regulations, taking on a role from the strategic planning phase.
The position is based in either London, UK or Düsseldorf, Germany, and depending on experience, visa sponsorship can be offered.

HR Consulting Manager Key Responsibilities:
-Proposing, designing, and executing HR strategy projects in the UK and European market
-Building and maintaining strong client relationships and generating business (business development)
-Addressing a variety of HR issues such as organisational design, talent management, change management, and DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives
-Collaborating with multinational teams and managing projects
-Coordinating with clients’ Japanese headquarters, providing bilingual reporting and support
HR Consulting Manager Ideal Candidate:
-5–10 years of experience in HR strategy projects within a consulting firm
-5–10 years of practical HR consulting experience in the UK or Europe, and Japan
-Proven experience in generating and winning projects (including business development and sales activities)
-Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency required
-German, French, or other European language proficiency is a plus
