In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent support to their customers, including retailers, distributors, and direct consumers.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and at least 2 years’ experience in customer service.

Customer Service Representative Main Responsibilities:
● Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner
● Process sales orders accurately using the company’s order management system
● Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products
● Resolve order, delivery, stock, and returns issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
● Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as required
● Support the sales team with account updates, stock availability, and promotional offers
● Assist with credit and payment queries in coordination with the finance department
● Monitor metrics and contribute to process improvements
● Provide product information and technical support in collaboration with product specialists
● Represent their brand with professionalism and a commitment to service excellence

Customer Service Representative Ideal Candidate:
<Essential>
● At least 2 years’ experience in customer service roles
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English
● High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
● Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
● Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
● Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
● Strong organisational and time management skills
● Professional, positive, and proactive attitude

<Desirable>
● Experience working in a retail, or consumer product business
● Familiarity with ERP/order processing systems (e.g. SAP, NetSuite, Sage)
