Lubricant Sales Manager

A highly successful international gas and energy giant seeks a talented Lubricant Sales Manager to join their international roster. You will be responsible for the sale of lubricant products to the automotive and motorbike industry around Europe, particularly Poland and the Baltics.
Type: Full time, permanent
Hours: 9am - 5pm
Location: Central London, hybrid working available
Salary: Up to £36k plus good benefits (including paid commuting costs)

Lubricant Sales Consultant Main Responsibilities:
• Achieve Revenue and Profit target from Lubricant sales
• Create and maintain an overall Sales and Marketing strategy to achieve short term and long-term goals
• Develop a productive relationship with all stake holders to achieve desired results for achieving agreed targets
• Must be able to work independently
• Aggressive marketing and sales promotion activities (analysis of agency sales results, proposal and execution of sales promotion plans, etc.)
• Business Development with existing and new customers
• Travel will be required for this role, roughly 5-10 business trips a year around Europe

Lubricant Sales Consultant Ideal Candidate:
• It would be preferred to have experience in lubricant sales, but if not, experience in chemicals, automobile parts, steel, etc, would be needed
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience working Sales / Business Development roles
• Strong Negotiation and Influencing skills to finalise Contracts and Pricing Formulas with customers
• Sales Forecasting and Analysis
• Commercially astute and customer focused
• Strong ability for decision making
• Motivated individual with Can Do attitude and ability to resolve issues with all stakeholders with confidence
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Degree holder in Business or relevant disciplines
