In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that Remuneration policies comply with local legislation and regional practices, supporting the year-end remuneration process and facilitating the appropriate EMEA governance processes.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in reward management within financial services and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

TYPE: Full-time, initially 1 year contract (There is potential for extension)
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour working week, hybrid working
SALARY: up to €125k, depending on experience
START: ASAP
LOCATION: Amsterdam, Netherlands

Reward and Regulations Manager Main Responsibilities:
● Managing and updating the remuneration policy as well as monitoring and communicating and regulatory changes to stakeholders
● Manage the year-end remuneration process including both salary and bonus calculations
● Facilitate governance processes and prepare reports for the Remuneration Committee as well as preparing ad hoc reports for Rem Co
● Create reports on salary benchmark data for all levels including Stakeholders
● Manage processes for deferrals, shares and buyouts
Reward and Regulations Manager Ideal Candidate:
● Strong background or working within Reward in ideally a global financial services organisation
● Understanding of DNB and ECB regulations
● Ability to prepare materials for board committees
● Excellent communication skills
● Strategic mindset to solve problems
● Business level fluency in English
