IT Systems Engineer Main Responsibilities:
● Ensure customers receive the service they need to meet their expectations
● Apply considerable SE experience for building, maintaining, and revising servers and security applications
● Prepare hardware for projects
● Plan and launch projects while providing advisory support
● Troubleshoot issues effectively for customers
● Support the sales team with technical expertise
● Create effective documentation
● Implement successful and sustainable solutions
IT Systems Engineer Ideal Candidate:
● At least 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer
● Knowledge of: Server architectures (Cloud Virtualization Environment, Windows/Linux, VMware/Hyper-V/Xen), Networking (Firewalls, routers, etc.)
● Security applications (SD-WAN, Zero Trust solutions)
● Expertise in hardware (Dell, Fujitsu, HP), TCP/IP and cloud services, Data security certifications, Network settings (CCNA), Backup technologies
● Experience as a Project Manager
● Business level fluency in English
● Knowledge of Japanese or German language will be advantageous
