In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring all aspects of Safety, Health, Environment, and Sustainability (SHE) on their project construction sites.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in safety management, team collaboration, and risk assessment.

HSE Supervisor Main Responsibilities:
● Advising and supporting the project team on all SHE-related matters
● Identifying and mitigating risks during the transport, installation, and commissioning of cable systems
● Ensuring that permits and SHE-related requirements are properly managed and documented in the obligation register, in close cooperation with clients and subcontractors
● Coordinating required SHEQS documentation with the client
● Collaborating with construction teams, cable installation teams, and subcontractors to define shared project goals and communication processes
● Identifying, analysing, and assessing health, safety, and environmental risks throughout the project lifecycle
● Preparing SHE reports and submitting them in accordance with SHE guidelines
● Responsible for implementing the project’s safety management plan and recording, assessing, and reporting all deviations in line with SHE guidelines
● Participating in safety meetings and audits
● Organising safety training for project-related staff
● Monitoring the SHE performance of contractors and other third parties
HSE Supervisor Ideal Candidate:
● At least 3 years of professional experience as an HSE Supervisor in the construction industry in Germany
● Certified Safety Specialist in accordance with the German Occupational Safety Act
● Very good English and German language skills (C1), both written and spoken
● Completed safety-related training/qualification
● Proficient in MS Office
● Willingness to travel (including overnight stays)
● Valid Class B driving licence
