The ideal candidate will have strong technical sales experience in the water treatment industry, excellent business development skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers, engineering companies, and industry stakeholders.

TRAVEL: Up to 50% travel within India and internationally as required
Regional Sales Manager Main Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage sales and marketing activities for membrane products and systems in India
• Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and business updates for Japan HQ
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and developments in the MBR and wastewater treatment sectors
• Promote and sell membrane products and related systems to municipal and industrial customers
• Develop and strengthen relationships with engineering companies, representatives, consultants, and key stakeholders
• Support project execution, troubleshooting, and technical sales activities
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and promote replacement products and services
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in wastewater treatment, water reuse, refinery, petrochemical, and industrial sectors
• Organise customer visits, participate in exhibitions and conferences, and support import-related documentation
• Manage customer receivables and collaborate with internal project management and administrative teams
• Support other water-related business activities within the region
Regional Sales Manager Ideal Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience in MBR, wastewater treatment, or water reuse projects
• Proven track record in business development and account management
• Strong understanding of wastewater treatment technologies and membrane systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a wide territory
• Willingness to travel extensively as required
