The successful candidate will ideally have experience working in SMEs or Japanese companies, along with strong numerical and organisational skills.

Administration Assistant Manager Main Responsibilities:
• Daily bookkeeping including SAGE entry
• Create invoices and process business expenses
• Manage reconciliations
• Manage multi-currency transactions
• Create monthly reports (P&L and Balance Sheet)
• Prepare budgets and forecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow)
• Preparing finance documents for bank loan applications
• Processing payments on online banking platforms
• Payroll management
• VAT returns
• Conducting audit interviews
Administration Assistant Manager ideal candidate
• Experience in working in SMEs
• Knowledge of export/import procedures
• Experience in Japanese companies or Japanese language skills
• Flexible mindset and strong sense of numbers
• Deadline-oriented and reliable
• Willingness to share knowledge and experience
