Office Assistant Main Responsibilities:
• Support the Office Administrator with daily administrative and accounting-related tasks, including payment processing, invoice handling, and office operations
• Assist with internal expense reimbursement processes
• Coordinate with HQ administration teams to ensure smooth operations
• Arrange meetings, travel, and business trips
• Support preparation of business materials such as pitch documents and newsletters
• Maintain and organise documents and office records
Office Assistant Ideal Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; administration-related preferred)
• At least 3 years’ experience in administration (finance/accounting exposure is a plus)
• Business-level English and French (additional languages such as Japanese are advantageous)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage a variety of tasks
