An international company in the petroleum product sector seeks a Raw Material Assistant Manager, in their Planning team.
In this role, you will be responsible for supply chain management, creating sales and purchase orders, updating delivery schedules, confirming raw material receipts, and issuing invoices, among other duties.
Minimum 1 year of experience at Supply Chain Management is necessary, along with SAP and Excel abilities.

Working hours: 9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday
Location: Central London, hybrid working available
Salary: £30k – £32k per annum + bonus and paid commuting costs
Start: Jan or Feb 2026 (ideally)

Logistics Administrator Responsibilities:
Supply chain Management
• Create Sales Orders / Purchase Orders for raw material deliveries
• Update delivery schedule and send order confirmation to clients
• Confirm the raw material receipt status with toll blenders
• Update the test results data based on the Certificate of Analysis received from suppliers
• Issue AP / AR invoices for payment related arrangement

Other
• Proactively communicate with colleagues and managers to ensure a good working environment
• Prepare for weekly or monthly report on the market trend of prices of base oil, steel and HDPE
• Participate in meetings with toll blenders and suppliers and take meeting minutes

Logistics Administrator Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum 1 year of experience at Supply Chain Management
• Experience in SAP ERP systems
• Microsoft Office Skill – essential to have intermediate+ level skills for using the functions of formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot etc would be sufficient
• Effective verbal communication in English is critical for engaging in discussions and negotiations with suppliers
• Excellent written and oral communications skills in English
• Japanese / French / Dutch / Italian skills would be advantageous
