An innovative global equipment manufacturer is seeking a QHSE Advisor to support and enhance their Integrated Management System with a particular focus on environmental management and environmental data reporting in compliance with ISO 14001.

While environmental sustainability will be the primary responsibility, the role will also involve supporting information security in compliance with ISO 27001.

TYPE: Local employment contract in accordance with the labour laws of the respective hiring country
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (Part-time options available: 50-100%),

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and improve the Environmental Management System (EMS) in compliance with ISO 14001
- Maintain and improve the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in compliance with 27001
- Ensure proper environmental data reporting
- Act as a key support for management system responsibilities, stepping in as a stand-in or successor when required
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align QHSE strategies with business objectives
- Provide training, coaching, and advisory support to teams on environmental and other matters
- Business trip: minimum 2 times per year (Mainly virtual collaboration via MS Teams)

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science or a related field (Recent graduates are welcome to apply)
- Alternatively, work experience in Environmental Management and Information Security Management, with a good understanding of ISO 14001 or ISO 27001
- Interest in data reporting and management, sustainability, continuous improvement and compliance
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work across different functions
- Comfortable working in a virtual environment with international teams
- Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus
