RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and improve the Environmental Management System (EMS) in compliance with ISO 14001
- Maintain and improve the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in compliance with 27001
- Ensure proper environmental data reporting
- Act as a key support for management system responsibilities, stepping in as a stand-in or successor when required
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align QHSE strategies with business objectives
- Provide training, coaching, and advisory support to teams on environmental and other matters
- Business trip: minimum 2 times per year (Mainly virtual collaboration via MS Teams)
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science or a related field (Recent graduates are welcome to apply)
- Alternatively, work experience in Environmental Management and Information Security Management, with a good understanding of ISO 14001 or ISO 27001
- Interest in data reporting and management, sustainability, continuous improvement and compliance
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work across different functions
- Comfortable working in a virtual environment with international teams
- Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus
