A Japanese manufacturer in the Netherlands is currently recruiting an Interim Inside Sales Coordinator to join their team in Amsterdam.
You will be responsible for supporting sales operations across Europe, including quotation management, order processing, customer coordination, and sales administration using SAP S/4HANA.
The ideal candidate should have solid inside sales experience, be comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment, and be available for an interim assignment.

TYPE: Full-time, Service agreement base (The initial contract will be for 6 months and may be extended for an additional 4-5 months depending on the projects)
WORKING HOURS: 08:30-17:00 (Monday- Thursday) and on Fridays 08:30 - 16:00 including 30mins lunch break
SALARY: Hourly rate of €40-50 (includes everything: commuting fee, tax, holiday allowance, bonus)
START: ASAP
LOCATION: Amsterdam Arena, The Netherlands (Hybrid work: 2 days in the office, 3 days’ work from home)

Interim Inside Sales Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare quotations using SAP S/4HANA and follow up with customers on pricing and product suitability
• Process and track customer sales orders in coordination with central logistics teams
• Manage purchase orders, stock, shipping documents, and delivery control in SAP S/4HANA
• Organise and dispatch product samples and catalogues to customers
• Handle customer enquiries and maintain accurate records in SAP S/4HANA and internal portals
• Liaise with internal teams across Europe and Tokyo to ensure timely and professional responses
• Support Business Development Managers with sales administration and customer developments
• Maintain customer databases and build strong working relationships with clients and partners
• Support payment collection control and general sales administration tasks

Interim Inside Sales Ideal Candidate:
• 3–5 years’ experience in an Inside Sales or Sales Administration role
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (essential)
• Business-level English
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently on an interim basis in a fast-paced environment
• Must hold a valid KvK number and be able to work under a Service Agreement, or be willing to obtain a KvK registration prior to the start of the assignment
