Well-established manufacturer is currently looking to recruit an English fluent Sales & Customer Service Specialist.
Working in the newly established manufacturing site in the Ústí nad Labem Region in the Czech Republic, you will handle coordination with departments, customer inquiries, processing orders, and delivery tracking.
The ideal candidate should have a successfully completed a university degree in logistics, business administration, or supply chain management.

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday (Core time: 9:00 – 15:00, 8 hours per day)

LOCATION: Ústí nad Labem Region, Czech Republic

Sales & Customer Service Specialist Main Responsibilities:
● Coordination with departments, warehouses, branches, and international locations
● Taking care of customer inquiries
● Processing customer orders, including invoicing and transport coordination
● Order management and delivery tracking
● Close coordination and cooperation with the respective account managers
● Stock management and related system bookings

Sales & Customer Service Specialist Ideal Candidate:
● Successfully completed a university degree, for example in logistics, business administration, supply chain management, etc
● Business level fluency in English
● Excellent communication and organisational skills with good attention to detail
● Confident use of MS Office and Google sheets, Gmail, Google Drive
● Knowledge of Incoterms and Import/Export handling
● Initial experience with ERP systems is an advantage
● Japanese skill would be advantageous
