A well-known Japanese bank is looking for a Loan Administrator (Main: Structured Finance, Sub: Corporate Lending) to join its international Transaction Support Team on a 1-year fixed-term maternity cover contract, with the possibility of a one-time extension depending on business needs.

A well-known Japanese bank is looking for a Loan Administrator (Main: Structured Finance, Sub: Corporate Lending) to join its international Transaction Support Team on a 1-year fixed-term maternity cover contract, with the possibility of a one-time extension depending on business needs.

Main Responsibilities
• Administer structured finance and corporate lending transactions from origination to maturity
• Process loan disbursements, repayments and interest calculations accurately
• Coordinate loan closings and prepare relevant documentation
• Review and maintain loan documentation in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate loan records, agreements and collateral documentation
• Act as the main point of contact for external stakeholders regarding loan administration matters
• Liaise with internal front and back-office teams to ensure smooth transaction processing
• Monitor loan performance and identify potential issues or deviations
• Support regulatory reporting and compliance activities
• Maintain data accuracy within the loan administration system
Ideal Candidate
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar loan administration role within banking or financial services
• Knowledge of structured finance, corporate lending, and loan administration processes
• Business level English
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Conditions
• Location: Amsterdam, the Netherlands
• Working Style: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)
• Salary: €50,000-€60,000 per annum depending on experience
• Job Type: Full-time, 1-year fixed-term maternity cover contract (with the possibility of one extension depending on business needs)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
