In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of products through the development, implementation and maintenance of QA processes and systems.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of quality management principles and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in Dutch will be required for this role.

TYPE: Initial one-year contract to become permanent
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Core hours: 10am to 3pm
SALARY: neg, depending on your experience
LOCATION: Geleen, Netherlands (hybrid working can be considered after probation)
QA Specialist Main Responsibilities:
● Develops, implements and maintains a robust Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. ISO / IATF standards) and industry best practices
● Identifies opportunities for process improvement throughout the process lifecycle
● Implements continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
● Establishes and enforces quality control measures to monitor and evaluate product quality at various stages of production and/or delivery
● Conducts inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards
● Plans, prepares and leads internal and external audits of quality management systems, processes and procedures
● Coordinates audit activities, conducts thorough assessments and provides recommendations for improvement
● Maintains accurate documentation and records related to quality assurance activities, including test results, inspection reports and corrective actions
● Collaborates with procurement to evaluate and qualify suppliers based on quality criteria
● Develops and delivers quality-related training programs for employees to enhance awareness and understanding of quality standards, processes and procedures
● Manages customer feedback and complaints regarding product quality
● Investigates root causes of complaints and implements corrective actions to prevent recurrence
● Stays informed about relevant quality regulations and standards applicable to the industry
● Ensures that quality assurance practices are aligned with regulatory requirements, including ISO standards
QA Specialist Ideal Candidate:
● Fluency in Dutch, ideally with business level fluency in English
● Strong knowledge in IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 is beneficial
● Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and methodologies
● Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills
