SALARY: DKK 100-200/h (DKK 192.4 - 384.8k a year, depending on experience)

LOCATION: Copenhagen, Denmark (office based)
Office Administrator Main Responsibilities:
● Daily internal office work and communication with local companies
● Equipment and equipment management
● Office environment maintenance
● Maintenance and operation of internal regulations
● Assistance with various internal application tasks
● Contract management
● Research of laws, regulations, rules in Denmark
● Assistance in establishing internal regulations
● Invoice processing
● Expense reimbursement checks
● Payment processing assistance
● Customer/phone response
● In-house event management assistance
● Data entry/document creation
Office Administrator Ideal Candidate:
● Business level fluency in Japanese and Danish is a must
● Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, Google Workspace)
● Understanding of Danish laws, regulations and rules is beneficial
● Practical experience in management department, general affairs, human resources, accounting would be advantageous
● Experience operating business email in Japanese and Danish would be advantageous
