A Japanese manufacturer is currently recruiting a Sales Operations & Dealer Network Coordinator to join their team in the Netherlands.
You will support the growth of CTP sales through effective dealer network management and sales operations coordination.
The ideal candidate should have strong sales administration capabilities and experience with high value equipment processes.

WORKING HOURS: 38.5 hours per week (fully office-based)
SALARY: €56k (including holiday allowance and benefit) + commission(expected 15k based on this year sales)

LOCATION: Aalsmeer, Netherlands

CTP Sales and Network Development Coordinator Main Responsibilities:
● Planning indirect dealer sales strategy to maximize efficiency and profitability of our indirect sales activities
● Responsible for improving CTP and indirect dealer sales operations processes from the point of making quote to the point of takeover to product delivery operations
● Coordinating and supporting the CTP and indirect dealer sales projects and contracts that aim to improve these sales performance and efficiency
● Working and communicating with the Operations department to ensure that CTP and Dealer forecasts/orders are placed, managed and expedited where needed
● Responsible for promoting improvement activities e.g. CTP quote format, dealer contract template, dealer list and any other relevant sales operating systems
● Support any other tasks that are part of this role e.g. Maintain the whole dealer contract, coordinating dealer meetings, etc

CTP Sales and Network Development Coordinator Ideal Candidate:
● Experience in sales administration for complex high value capital equipment sales
● IT related applications skills, such as Microsoft Office and ERP systems
● Liaison experience with department members and external partners
● Educated to MBO/HBO level
● Business level fluency in English
