Assistant Office Manager(Finance/Accounting/General Affairs) Main Responsibilities:
• Manage contract information (data entry)
• Issue and manage billing for lease fees and other receivables (create invoices, issue and follow up with customers, manage collection status and reports)
• Other contract-related admin tasks (collect financial statements, send notifications)
• Process payments (internal requests, bank payment input)
• Assist with cash management and bookkeeping (data entry for deposits/withdrawals, journal entries, balance confirmation, scheduling)
• Support accounting and audit processes (e.g. classification and analysis of past transactions)
• Verify employee expense claims
• Assist in planning and running internal meetings and company events
• Support staff business trips and visitors from overseas
• Assist with public procedures including visa applications and insurance registration for employees and their families
• Submit required reports to public institutions
• Manage office supplies and orders
• Welcome guests and handle front desk tasks
• General admin duties (e.g. postal, phone handling)

Assistant Office Manager(Finance/Accounting/General Affairs) Ideal Candidate:
• Hands-on experience in accounting or general administration
• Business level Japanese and English language skills
• Dutch proficiency is a plus
• Able to work 4 or more days per week
• Strong PC skills, especially Excel
