In this role, you will be responsible for operational coordination and customer support for contract logistics customers at the Rotterdam location, including responding to inquiries, coordinating shipping and warehousing operations, and communicating with warehouse teams and customers.
The ideal candidate should have experience in contract logistics (administration work).

Contract Logistics Operator Main Responsibilities:
● Respond to inquiries from contract logistics customers
● Provide customer support for contract logistics at the Rotterdam location
● Perform operational coordination related to shipping and warehousing operations
● Coordinate with the warehouse operation team
● Handle various coordination and communication with customers
Contract Logistics Operator Ideal Candidate:
● Administrative experience in logistics industry
● Business level fluency in English
● Experience in customer service work
● Japanese skill is beneficial
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Strong organizational and planning skills
