In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the sales and order processing of spare parts, supporting customers with enquiries and processing orders while working closely with colleagues, suppliers, and logistics partners across Europe and Japan.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or sales support role, be fluent in Dutch and English, and have the ability to work proactively in an international team environment.

Parts Sales Coordinator Main Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and delivery schedules
• Prepare and process quotations, order confirmations, and invoices
• Enter, manage, and follow up sales orders in the ERP/CRM system
• Coordinate with logistics partners and suppliers regarding delivery schedules and product availability
• Keep customers informed of order status, pricing, and delivery planning
• Ensure accurate administration and documentation of all sales activities
• Prepare sales reports and analyse sales-related data
• Maintain and update customer and product information
• Identify recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements
• Provide support to sales, logistics, and service teams as required
• Assist with marketing activities and international events
Parts Sales Coordinator Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or sales support role
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; German language skills would be advantageous
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• MBO+/HBO level education or equivalent relevant experience
• Result-oriented approach and willingness to contribute to continuous improvement
• Valid EU work and residence permit
