Cosmetic Ingredient Application Specialist Main Responsibilities:
• Develop formulations such as creams, emulsions, and lotions using innovative cosmetic materials
• Showcase the efficacy and uniqueness of materials by creating demonstration prototypes for clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to propose tailored solutions to cosmetic manufacturers
• Understanding trends in the cosmetics industry and developing formulations aligned with those trends
• Conduct product evaluations to highlight the differences between formulations with and without the company's materials
• Liaise with R&D teams in Japan to align product development strategies
• Present technical information and product benefits in client meetings or workshops

Cosmetic Ingredient Application Specialist Ideal Candidate:
• More than 10 years of experience in cosmetic formulation
• Knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, particularly those used in sunscreens and skincare, and their application across various formulations
• Business-level English is required
• Strong organizational and presentation skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork
