WORKING HOURS: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:00 (30 minutes lunch break) 40 hours per week
SALARY: 4,000/month (depending on experience) + Holiday allowance + Fixed expense allowance + Christmas bonus

LOCATION: Aalsmeer, Netherlands (Hybrid)
Sales Business Support Coordinator Main Responsibilities:
● Support Sales Directors with daily administrative and organisational tasks like preparing sales documentation, quotations, order forms, and internal approval requests
● Coordinate internal workflows related to sales processes, from lead follow-up to order handover
● Conduct initial qualification of leads and coordinate follow-ups with sales representatives
● Arrange product demonstrations, sample requests, and appointments for Sales teams
● Support the organisation of customer visits, events, and exhibitions
● Maintain and update CRM data with accuracy and consistency
● Track customer activity, pipeline status, and follow-up actions
● Ensure CRM data quality to support sales planning and forecasting
● Contribute to improving customer touchpoints by ensuring timely communication and smooth processes
● Support initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
● Assist with internal presentation materials, reports, and planning documents
● Manage scheduling, meeting preparation, and document organisation
Sales Business Support Coordinator Ideal Candidate:
● Experience in sales administration for complex capital equipment or high-value technical products
● Proficiency with IT tools such as Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Sales force)
● Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
● Proactive mindset with the ability to identify follow-ups and suggest improvements
● Experience in environments handling high-volume or consumable products
● Business standard English, both spoken and written
