A well-known Japanese bank is currently recruiting a Regulatory and Compliance Officer to support its outsourcing management framework in Amsterdam.
The role will support the governance and oversight of intragroup outsourcing arrangements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, Head Office procedures, and internal policies. You will work closely with internal departments and service providers to monitor performance, risks, issues, and remediation activities.
The ideal candidate should have around 2 years of experience in outsourcing management, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
• Maintain and continuously improve the bank’s outsourcing governance and oversight framework
• Support compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, Head Office procedures, and internal policies
• Coordinate monitoring of service performance, risks, issues, and remediation activities
• Prepare management information and support escalation of material risks, issues, and performance concerns
• Support the Outsourcing Review Committee and other relevant governance forums
• Act as a central point of contact and trusted adviser for internal departments and intragroup service providers
• Work with business and risk functions to develop and maintain an effective outsourcing structure and framework
• Act as the central point of contact for escalated issues from internal stakeholders
Ideal Candidate
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• Around 2 years' experience in outsourcing management
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
• Able to handle tasks independently and take responsibility for deliverables
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel within EMEA approximately 5% of the time
Conditions

• Salary: €50,000–€75,000 per annum including the holiday allowance and 13th month
• Job Type: Initial 1-year contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent upon renewal.
• Working Hours: 37.5h per week
