An international industrial equipment company is currently recruiting a Japanese-speaking Mechanical Design Engineer to join its team in Poland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for mechanical design using 3D CAD, covering conceptual design, detailed design, and production equipment design. The role will also involve communication with Japanese clients and collaboration with local engineering teams.

Main Responsibilities
• Carry out mechanical design using 3D CAD
• Design customised production equipment and industrial machinery
• Communicate with clients in Japanese regarding technical requirements and design matters
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements
• Support mechanical design projects from initial concept through to production

Ideal Candidate
• At least 5 years of professional experience in mechanical design
• Experience designing industrial machinery, production equipment, or related mechanical systems
• Strong practical experience using 3D CAD
• Fluent Japanese and English communication skills
• Ability to communicate with clients in Japanese and understand their technical requirements
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with a predominantly local Polish team
