Baker – Japanese Confectionery Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare wide variety of Japanese and European bakery goods – sweet to savoury breads
• Manage day to day of operation of bread section
• Support production development
Baker – Japanese Confectionery Ideal Candidate:
• 3+ years of experience in baking bread at a bakery
• Familiar with East Asian bakery techniques, flavours and ingredients (either through work or personal interest), especially Japanese, would be beneficial
• Able to commit to flexible work patterns undertaking early morning shifts as well as weekend work if/when required
• Team player
