Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:
• Handle orders and check the orders have the correct prices, discounts, product numbers
• Input orders into internal system, ensure orders are processed according to customer requirements, and ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, warehouse operators and forwarders to ensure smooth and on-time deliveries
• Manage and coordinate stock of goods according customer’s needs
Sales Coordinator Ideal Candidate:
• Business level of English and Japanese
• Office administrator experience
• Good administrative, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
