A Japanese company is currently recruiting a Marketing and Sales for their Northern Milan office.
You will be responsible for planning and implementing B2B marketing initiatives to drive sales growth, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen relationships with business clients within the airline industry.
Business level Italian and English will be required for this role.

Marketing and Sales Main Responsibilities:
• Provide marketing support to the sales teams to build and maintain business relationships
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns
• Create/manage sales supporting tools
• Enhance owned media marketing initiatives among B2B clients
• Stay updated with industry trends:
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Stay compliant with regulations
• Occasional travels required to meet with clients, attend meetings, industry events, trainings, and fam trips
• B2C event support, Translation support to local language

Marketing and Sales Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in travel, hospitality, or transportation industry
• Digital Marketing Skills: Good knowledge in digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and CRM systems
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a related field is usually preferred
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Marketing Experience: Prior experience in such as travel, hospitality, or transportation industry is preferred
• Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, industry partners, and internal stakeholders
• Stay updated with industry trends in order to better understand utilising new marketing techniques and technologies
• Proficiency measuring campaign performance
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Utilities, and online systems (Zoom, Meet, Teams, etc)
• Fluency in other languages such as Spanish, Swedish and Turkish is an advantage
