BENEFIT: 28-30 days (increasing by 1 day each year, max. 30 days)
NVH / Sound Design Engineer Main Responsibilities:
• Main point of contact for existing customers and potential customers regarding technical issues they are facing and questions about their gear solutions
• In close cooperation with the R&D in Japan, analyse the situation and develop solutions
• Close collaboration with sales, seek potential business opportunities and acquire new business
• Demonstrations of our gear solutions at the customer's site and via teams meeting
• Contact person for customers and interested parties for technical questions, creation of technical documentation, and proposal packages
• Conducting gear courses at the customer's site or in Düsseldorf / Frankfurt
• NVH Analysis and Testing (Conduct noise, vibration, and harshness testing on automotive components and systems)
NVH / Sound Design Engineer Ideal Candidate:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in NVH engineering, preferably in the automotive industry
• Specialisation and experience in NVH or sound design
• German and English are a must, Japanese is a plus
• Proficiency in NVH testing equipment and software (e.g., LMS Test.Lab, Brüel & Kjær)
• Strong understanding of vibration analysis, acoustics, and modal analysis
• Experience with simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, Nastran)
