In this role, you will be responsible for gathering information from internal and external sources and analysing relevant industries and services based on a wide range of client requests, such as strategy planning, new business development, digital transformation, and organizational development.
This position will primarily handle international research projects, requiring day-to-day interaction with a wide range of experts across industries, functions, and geographical locations.

Global Research Manager Main Responsibilities:
• Define requirements for various research projects from clients (mainly international)
• Conduct industry and role-based research and shortlist suitable expert candidates
• Screen experts to confirm relevant experience and insight
• Refine proposal lists and collaborate with the development team to improve operations and UX
Global Research Manager Ideal Candidate:
• Over 1 year of client-facing or internal stakeholder communication experience
• Business level Japanese and English is mandatory
• Strong multitasking and project management skills
• Experience working toward weekly/monthly targets
• Sales or customer success experience is highly desirable
• Experience in operations optimization is a plus
• Multilingual skills (Chinese, Thai, Spanish, etc.) are advantageous
