AWS Solutions Engineer Main Responsibilities:
Development & Maintenance of Treasury Management System (TMS):
• Full-cycle involvement in feature design, development, and operations
• System improvement and optimization for stability
• Collaborate with the finance department to understand business requirements and define specifications
• Manage the process from design through to release
System Infrastructure and Cloud Migration:
• Build and manage environments using Windows Server and IIS
• Plan and execute migration to AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, etc.)
• Propose and implement improvements considering performance and security
Development Tools & Automation:
• Use version control tools (e.g., Git) and task management systems to streamline development
• Plan and implement process improvement and automation
• Work in a DevOps-style environment to integrate development and operations
AWS Solutions Engineer Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in designing and building AWS architectures
• Experience managing AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in development and maintenance of financial systems
• Practical experience with SQL for queries and data extraction
• IIS and Windows Server administration experience
• Involvement in system migration or replacement projects
• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, etc.) are a plus
• Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English
