Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST)
Location: Anywhere in the U.S. (Remote)

Infrastructure and Application Support Main Responsibilities:
● Provide support for Linux-based systems
● Handle IT security matters (e.g., vulnerabilities, access controls)
● Manage system releases and updates
● Incident management and troubleshooting
● Communicate with clients and internal teams in both Japanese and English
● General support activities according to project needs
Required Qualifications:
• Experience supporting Linux platforms
• Broad knowledge of IT security
• Experience in release and incident management
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in IT support within the financial industry
• Experience in client-facing or vendor coordination roles
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python)
