IT Helpdesk Engineer – Main Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for IT infrastructure (PCs, servers, networks)
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Respond to client inquiries in both Japanese and English
• Perform version upgrades and routine maintenance
• Collaborate with internal engineers and team leader on issue resolution
IT Helpdesk Engineer – Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in IT infrastructure or helpdesk support
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Excellent time management skills
• Business level of fluency in both English and Japanese
• Proactive and open to learning new technologies
