Key Responsibilities
• Own the AI Agent product roadmap and strategic differentiation
• Lead migration of AI Agent functionalities from international platforms to domestic operations
• Define and track KPIs to ensure the product drives business value
• Collaborate with internal data and engineering teams to enhance operational efficiency
• Work with business leadership to propose and execute AI utilization strategies
Required Qualifications
• At least 5+ years of product management experience, including agile Product Owner experience
• Strong English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing)
• Understanding of AI technologies (LLM, agent frameworks, NLP, ML, prompt engineering) and their application in products
• Japanese language skills (Not necessarily at a business level, but able to communicate effectively.)
Preferred Qualifications
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and understand technical trade-offs
• Experience making data-driven business decisions and collaborating across teams
Technical Environment
• Programming: Python, C# (ASP.NET Core)
• Database: Microsoft SQL Server
• Machine Learning: Azure OpenAI
