A leading global healthcare equipment manufacturer is seeking a Japanese Speaking Service Engineer (Microscopy) to join its Healthcare Division in Amstelveen.
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of high-end microscopy systems, as well as providing technical support and training to customers. The role involves occasional travel within Europe, 2–3 times a month.

Service Engineer Responsibilities:
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of high-end microscopy systems
• Provide customer training and operational support
• Collaborate with European service teams and senior engineers
• Assist with project reporting and KPI tracking
• Support internal and external process improvement initiatives
• Follow technical manuals, checklists, and standard operating procedures
• Work under guidance from senior engineers or team leaders

Service Engineer Ideal Candidate:
• Technical degree or equivalent practical experience
• Hands-on experience with microscopy or optical inspection systems
• Experience working in an international environment preferred
• Proficient in installation, repair, and maintenance of complex equipment, ideally healthcare products
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Japanese required for customer support
• Willingness to work at the workshop daily and travel occasionally within Europe
• Valid work authorization for the Netherlands
