Main Responsibilities:
• Assembly, tuning, and maintenance of engines
• Engine performance evaluation using test bench facilities
• Analysing engine performance and proposing improvements
• Collaborating with the team on engine structure and design considerations
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

Ideal Candidate:
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Approximately 3 years of experience with F1 engines or high-performance automotive engines
• Strong understanding of overall engine structure and mechanics
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to work on-site in Milton Keynes
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with passenger car engine development
• Knowledge of engine testing equipment and procedures
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization
