An international technology trading and solutions company specialising in semiconductors, electronic components is seeking an Inside Sales / Customer Service professional.
The company is expanding its local semiconductor business in Europe and is looking for someone to join its team in Ingolstadt, Germany.
This role will support customer demand, quotations, order handling and sales activities in close collaboration with sales, technical and logistics teams.

Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for supporting customer enquiries, sales processes and day-to-day customer service activities within the local semiconductor business.
• Respond to customer enquiries in German and English
• Identify customer needs and communicate them clearly to internal teams
• Support quotation preparation and order processing
• Handle customer demand and follow up on sales opportunities
• Support RFP-related processes where required
• Coordinate with sales, technical support, FAE / FSE and logistics teams
• Follow up with existing customers and maintain good business relationships
• Manage customer and sales information using internal systems
• Support the wider sales team in daily commercial activities
• Communicate confidently with both customers and internal stakeholders
Ideal Candidate
Required
• Business-level German and English
• Experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Management, Purchasing or a similar commercial role
• Knowledge of semiconductors, electronic components or the electronics industry
• Experience in semiconductor-related sales, or purchasing experience at an OEM / finished goods manufacturer
• Comfortable communicating with customers and internal stakeholders
• Able to work well in a sales-driven environment
• Able to quickly understand customer needs
• Confident communication and coordination skills
Desired
• Experience working for a semiconductor distributor, electronic components supplier, OEM or electronics manufacturer
• Understanding of semiconductor distribution, customer demand, quotations and order processes
• Experience supporting technical sales, FAE or FSE teams
• Experience with quotations, order processing, delivery coordination, purchasing or RFP support
• Experience in an international working environment
