Sales Representative Main Responsibilities:
● New business development, walk-in sales, maintaining relationships with existing customers
● Efficient provisioning of necessary information to customers
● Preparation of quotations, invoices, shipping documents, shipment management
● Communication with the Japanese headquarters
● Assistance with inventory management
Sales Representative Ideal Candidate:
● At least 3 years of field sales, customer management, and order processing
experience
● Attention to detail and time management skills with flexible attitude
● Business level Japanese, English, and Dutch proficiency
● PC skills (Microsoft Office)
● Strong communication skills and can work well in a team
● Knowledge and experience in logistics
● Knowledge of Japanese business culture
● Ability to make cold calls
● Willingness to learn how to make and taste coffee and tea
