Relationship Manager Main Responsibilities:
• Report financial performance of the department against KPIs to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage the department's transaction pipeline, monitoring for limit or budget breaches
• Provide reporting support to front office staff and coordinate bank-wide projects
• Lead initiatives for portfolio control and profitability improvement
• Manage funded assets (FA), risk-weighted assets (RWA), and commitments
• Coordinate the asset sale process between LCM and the coverage team
• Support maintenance and governance of customer data
Relationship Manager Ideal Candidate:
• Knowledge and experience of Corporate Finance
Previous experience in the banking industry are desirable
• Understanding capital market products including derivatives, DCM, and securitizations desirable
• Understanding asset management business desirable
• Advanced skills in Microsoft products
Effective communicator with a proactive approach to reporting and coordination
Business level of English
• Fluent Japanese language skills for communications with various HO functions is preferred
The ability to work on multiple tasks in parallel under pressure and to time constraints with significant changes
The ability to work well with colleagues in multiple roles and at most levels of seniority across EMEA and other regions
