WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 40 hrs/week
SALARY: €90,000 to €120,000 dependant on experience (Company car will be provided)

LOCATION: Krefeld, Germany (Office based, but 1 day work from home can be applicable)
Key Responsibilities of the IT Manager
• Work together with various stakeholders to evaluate, select, and implement a new ERP system
• Build the internal IT function and infrastructure (in-house and/or with external partners)
• Ensure system integration across all departments (finance, logistics, sales, marketing, etc.)
• Manage IT operations, hardware/software procurement, and user support
• Oversee cybersecurity and data protection compliance
• Act as the main point of contact for external IT providers
Ideal Candidates for the IT Manager
• Fluent in German and English
• A pragmatic, hands-on IT generalist with strong system integration skills
• Experience in leading IT projects from planning to roll-out
• Familiarity with ERP systems and process design across departments
• Ability to scale IT infrastructure in a mid-sized company context
• Strong communication and project management skills
